…Permanent. Yep. You read that right.  Practice make permanent.

So, we all want our kids to succeed. We want them to be well rounded, well liked, and well mannered.  We want them to have more opportunities than we did. And deep down, we want to live vicariously through their successes. We have to listen to them, teach them, support them, push them, and guide them. But how much is too much? Choose a Safe Sunscreen

Whether you bronze nicely or are pigmentally challenged like I am, you should protect your skin from sun exposure.  Outside of never going outside, an easy option is to apply a liberal dose of sunscreen.

Sunscreens come in lotions, gels, cremes (and creams), sprays, and sticks.

So what kind should you use?  Well, that answer isn’t as simple as you’d think.
